May 2007 - Jack is Banded
Tufts finally approved our claim and Jack was casted at three months old. I was really surprised how much you could see his tilt in the before pictures that Cranial Tech took of him. A week later we picked up Jack's band and began his road to a rounder head!
The first week was a bit rocky with some red spot issues. He seems to have more sensitive skin than Hannah did. After and adjustment and some hydrocortisone cream things seem to be much better.

Hi...I am so glad I found your page. My daughter had been diagosed with cranio & plagio. We actually also go to Children's in Boston and see Dr. Proctor & Dr. Rogers. We have our first appt with Hanger next week. Could you please e-mail me. I have so many questions. THANK YOU!!!

Hey from Australia!
Jack is gorgeous (and so is Hannah) my daughter was referred to a clinic to have a band last week and I'm amazed at how many people have said how they adapt to the banding very quickly. She is almost 9 months (so a little of a late starter) and I'm scared of the unknown.. if that makes any sence??? I'm worried that she will be incomfortable in it!
I'm still new at all this helmet talk so I was very relieved to see Hannah looking great and Jack's on his way of having a great head too....
Thank you for sharing your knowledge with the world - it's very comforting to see!
Big Hugs to you..
